This plate is a really bright shade of yellow - lovely.
It was given to me by a friend - how lucky am I?
There's an unusual stamp on the back - Edinburgh with what
looks like a sketch of the castle, but it was made in England!Anyone know anything about this - I've looked
online but can't find any information.
What a gorgeous plate, really lovely. Have a great weekend. M x

This is so many kinds of wonderful! The squareish shape, the cabbage roses pattern - I love cabbage rose patterns, and this one is very similar to some plates I have, with the large Dutch tulip in the bouquet.
I'd love to see a photo of a bunch of your cabbage rose plates all together! Just a suggestion. :-)

I really like the vintage plates, seems to me they always have such a nice homey feel to them
I set a luncheon table once with all vintage odd plates etc
