So Retro!

So Retro
Inspired by my mellow yellow vintage sheets, I decided to crochet a cushion in very retro colours - and here it is!

At first I wasn't sure how it would look, thought perhaps it might end up too dark, but once I had sewn it up I was absolutely delighted with the result.

Would fit into the 60s or 70s perfectly with its mix of browns, orange and yellow.

What do you think?

Love, Liz
I'm really chuffed because I've received my first commission - to crochet a little pram blanket in the lovely pastel colours of my "pale andinteresting" crochet cushion - thrilled!

I love the colours. Well done on getting commission.
Love your previous post on 'Greenock speak' too. My relations on my dad's side are all Geordies and my friends could never understand a word my grandparents said. It was as if they were from a different country! M x

Fabulous news about the commission. I love the retro cushion - if only I had room for a rocking chair in my retro chocolate orange kitchen- then I could commission one from you!
