I bought a pot of Tète á Tète bulbs from Tesco, they only
cost £1, and then I split them up and transferred them into pretty bowls. I did need a little extra compost to fill the
bowls.
And there we have it!
A very pretty (and cheap) way to display spring bulbs - easy peasy! Would make a lovely little gift too.

What a truly wonderful idea, they look delightful.
An excellent gift!!!! I'm off to the second hand store for odd bowls. So pretty, Liz!
Oh I love to see bulbs in pretty cups and bowls...they are always so cheery :)
Just what we need in this grey dull time of year!

These look fabulous and such a great way to ease into spring. I love how you have made them into decorative ornaments even while they are growing.
I bought a whole pile of bulbs at the Partick Farmer's Market this year but due to my dodgy knee didn't manage to plant them. Hoepfully, they'll keep till next year and my half a dozen that are already in the garden will do me.
Brilliant!! What a great idea, on the purchasing of the bulbs and the containers. As others have said they would make great gifts. xx
You have inspired me Liz, I will be looking for a pot of bulbs at the weekend to do the same here!
Fab display, so cheerful, I recognise some Cath Kidston thee too!
Gorgeous vignettes Liz xxx
They look so lovely and cheerful in your pretty bowls.
That's a lovely idea, and such a nice way to display bulbs indoors. I'll have to look out for some next time I'm at the supermarket. x
They look so pretty in the bowls, just goes to prove, keeping it simple is always the best idea.
