Then recently I saw this mug in a little shop in Ashton Lane in Glasgow. I loved the bluebird and the retro tattoo design.
Going online I discovered this gorgeous necklace by Lauren at Cherryloco Jewellery who just happens to live in Glasgow. Lauren has a Folksy shop and sells lots of gorgeous bits and pieces. Check out her work, it is really quirky and fun. I get quite a few comments when I wear my necklace!
Right after I got the necklace I saw this top in M&S and just had to have it!
Think I'm going to draw the line at a real tattoo!

My daughter has a tattoo of two doves on her wrist and it looks very much like your bluebirds! It's pretty although I'm not really into tats.

Serendipity to find all those bluebirds! Go on, have a wee tattoo! I have a tiny treble clef on my inner left wrist - I love it and only I see it.
I've always wanted a tattoo of this design so these items are really appealing to me right now. That necklace is rather pretty and modern for M&S!

Hi Liz, it's funny how things seem to pop up all over the place when you notice them sometimes. Love your bluebirds, so sweet. My sister bought me little bird clothespegs one time, and I love using them, they make me think of Snowhite, as do your birds. Love Linda x

Those bluebirds are so lovely, strange isn't it,how we see one thing and then get sort of fixated on it and want to find more and more. Such are the small beginnings of our collections I suppose.
